About RENTTEN
RENTTEN provides a structured overview of tenant reliability that helps landlords and brokers understand the key risk signals faster.
Financial stability signals help better assess the likelihood that rental payments will be made on time.
Clearer trust signals build more confidence between the tenant, broker, and landlord.
Tenant reliability assessment allows for faster evaluation of a candidate and reduces the time spent on additional checks.
Unlike general credit scoring systems, RENTTEN is specifically tailored to rental relationships and their unique risks.
Your data is visible only to the broker or landlord. Privacy and secure information sharing are ensured.

How it works
RENTTEN plans to expand the platform with new features:
STEP 1
A unique request for the tenant is generated in the system.
STEP 2
The tenant receives the request by email and provides required information about work, income, financial stability and confirms their identity.
STEP 3
RENTTEN combines the submitted signals and creates a tenant trust profile.
STEP 4
The landlord or broker can see various elements such as trust score, financial stability signals, identity verification and past interactions with landlords.
Future plans
We'll improve the platform in several stages. At first the tenant enters the data themselves, and eventually we'll calculate everything automatically from bank data. And that's still not the end — we have plans beyond that too.
Tenants will be able to securely confirm their income directly from the bank with their consent — no need to manually gather certificates or documents. Only with the tenant's permission will the landlord see the verified information, making the check faster and smoother.
What we'll do
We'll add small but useful things to make the platform more convenient day to day: notifications about the check's progress, easy report sharing, and the ability to leave feedback about a tenant.
What we'll do
The ultimate goal is to calculate the trust score automatically from bank data. Tenants won't need to enter anything manually: connecting to the bank and giving consent will be enough. Later the system will also help the landlord — explaining the score and offering insights before signing the agreement.
What we'll do
Automatic assessment isn't the end. Next we want landlords to learn more about tenants, and for the platform itself to strengthen mutual trust between both sides.
